Dear Visitors to the Theatre for Children and Young People Ljubljana!

Welcome to the theatre whose creativity is guided by thoughts of you, our youngest ones. Young people's observations and criticism are more openminded and straightforward than anyone else's, and therefore it is the more important that the program on the stage is really good and adjusted to your wishes, dreams, and expectations. The Municipality of Ljubljana is well aware of this.

The Golden Stick is thus a reward and a stimulus for all those whose theatrical creations have come closest to the above criteria. Owing to their endeavours you will be able to enjoy, during the following days, a number of very different shows helping you to develop and enrich your imagination, creativity, and ability to critically evaluate works of art.
